Candidates taking admission in MBBS, BDS, and BPT courses in Chhattisgarh must follow compulsory service bond and penalty rules as prescribed by the State Government.

MBBS Government Service Bond

Compulsory Service:
MBBS students admitted in Government Medical Colleges must serve:
1 year as Medical Officer / Junior Resident / Demonstrator
• In Government Hospitals or Medical Colleges
Bond Agreement:
• Candidates must sign a bond at admission
• If they refuse service → must pay bond penalty
Bond Amount:
• ₹25,00,000 – General Category
• ₹20,00,000 – Reserved Category (SC/ST/OBC/EWS)
Important Conditions:
• Only provisional degree is given after MBBS completion
• Final degree issued only after:
  – Completing service OR
  – Paying full bond amount OR
  – Providing bank guarantee
• Permanent registration done only after final degree
