Refund Overview

At Sartha, we believe in customer satisfaction. We offer refunds for eligible subscription plans under specific conditions outlined in this policy. Please read carefully as different products have different refund eligibility.

When Refunds Apply

✓ Standard Plan

Refundable within 7 days of purchase if:

  • You haven''t accessed paid features extensively
  • Your counsellor hasn''t been assigned
  • You request before the first counselling session

✓ Pro Plan

Refundable within 3 days of purchase if:

  • Your counsellor hasn''t initiated contact
  • You haven''t attended any counselling sessions
  • No significant guidance has been provided

✓ Elite Plan

Refundable within 2 days of purchase if:

  • Your counsellor hasn''t initiated contact
  • You haven''t attended any counselling sessions
  • No comprehensive guidance has been provided

Non-Refundable Items

The following products and services are NON-REFUNDABLE once purchased:

eBooks & Digital Products

Downloaded eBooks, study guides, and digital resources cannot be refunded once accessed.

College Predictor Tool

Standalone access to the college predictor tool is non-refundable as it provides immediate value.

Connector Service

Connections established through Connector are non-refundable.

Gifts & Trial Extensions

Complimentary access, free trials, and gift vouchers cannot be refunded.

After Counselling Initiated

Subscriptions are non-refundable after your assigned counsellor has initiated substantial guidance.

How to Request a Refund

Follow these steps to request a refund:

  1. Send Email: Contact support@sartha.in with your request
  2. Provide Details: Include your account email, order ID, purchase date, and reason for refund
  3. Verification: Our team will verify your eligibility based on this policy
  4. Approval: You\''ll receive confirmation via email within 2-3 business days
  5. Processing: The refund will be credited to your original payment method

Please note: Refund requests must be submitted within the eligible timeframe specified in Section 2. Late requests will not be accepted.

Technical Issues & Cancellations

Payment Errors

If you were charged multiple times due to a technical error, contact us immediately at support@sartha.in with proof (transaction ID, screenshots). We will investigate and process a refund if applicable.

Account Access Issues

If you cannot access your purchased subscription due to technical issues, contact support before requesting a refund. We will attempt to resolve the issue first.

Cancellation & Prorating

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. If cancelled mid-month, no prorated refunds are issued. You retain access until the end of your billing period.
