By accessing or using the Sartha app and its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users — visitors, registered users, and purchasers alike.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Permitted Use
Our services are for personal and non-commercial use only. Reselling or redistributing any products or services is prohibited.
Sartha operates on a subscription-based model with three plans — Standard, Pro, and Elite. Features and access levels vary by plan.
Standard Plan — Full App Access
Includes counselling-related videos, PDFs, resources, live sessions, cutoff data, college information, college comparison tools, and the college predictor tool.
Pro Plan — Government Counselling
Includes everything in Standard, plus dedicated support for government college counselling processes. A personal counsellor is assigned to guide you through the entire process.
Elite Plan — Complete Counselling
Includes everything in Standard and Pro, with additional coverage for private and deemed university counselling. A personal counsellor is assigned to guide you through government, private, and deemed college admissions.
Personal Counsellor
Pro and Elite subscribers receive a dedicated personal counsellor. Our counsellors provide personalised guidance based on the information you share. However, final decisions regarding admissions remain your responsibility.
eBooks
Sartha offers downloadable eBooks as standalone digital products. These are informational resources and are non-refundable once purchased. Please review the description before purchasing.
College Predictor Tool
Available as a standalone tool on the website. The predictor provides data-driven college predictions based on your score and rank. Results are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee admission.
Connector
Sartha's Connector service facilitates connections with current college students for first-hand insights. We are not responsible for any interactions or advice shared beyond the platform.
All tools, resources, and content provided through the app — including predictor tools, college data, and comparison tools — are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Pricing
Prices for subscription plans (Standard, Pro, Elite) and standalone products (eBooks, College Predictor Tool, Connector) are listed on our website. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payments
Full payment must be completed before accessing any paid features. Subscriptions and product access are activated immediately upon successful payment.
Non-Refundable Products
eBooks, College Predictor Tool access, and Connector service are non-refundable once purchased. Subscription refunds are applicable only under specific conditions — please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
You agree not to engage in the following activities:
✕ Misuse or exploit our platform or services
✕ Share harmful, offensive, or illegal content
✕ Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise our systems
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violations of these terms.
All content — including text, graphics, logos, and tools — is the intellectual property of Sartha. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without prior written consent.
No Guarantees
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from our services. Decisions made using our platform are at your own risk.
Liability
Sartha is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or products.
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Indian law.
Applicable to employees, interns, counsellors, and all team members associated with Sartha.
All transactions must occur exclusively through the official Sartha platform. Engaging in private business with students or clients under the name of Sartha is strictly prohibited.
⚠ Penalty up to ₹50,00,000
If you wish to discontinue your association with Sartha, a minimum of 10 days' prior written notice must be provided to the management team. Failure to provide notice may result in withholding of pending dues.
You are not permitted to use Sartha's name, logo, or any proprietary information for personal or commercial gain. Any usage requires explicit written consent from authorised authorities at Sartha. Unauthorised use may lead to legal proceedings.
All internal information, client data, and operational details shared during your tenure must be kept strictly confidential. Disclosing information to third parties without prior approval is a violation and may result in legal action.
Non-compliance with these terms may result in:

→ Legal proceedings and monetary penalties as specified
