Use of Services
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Permitted Use
Our services are for personal and non-commercial use only. Reselling or redistributing any products or services is strictly prohibited.

Sartha operates on a subscription-based model with three plans — Standard, Pro, and Elite. Features and access levels vary by plan.

Videos, PDFs, resources, live sessions, cutoff data, college info & predictor tool
Pro ⭐
Everything in Standard + dedicated personal counsellor for govt. college counselling
Elite
Everything in Pro + private & deemed university counselling support
eBooks
Downloadable eBooks are standalone digital products. Non-refundable once purchased.
College Predictor
Data-driven predictions based on score and rank — for informational purposes only, does not guarantee admission.
Connector
Facilitates connections with current students for first-hand insights. Sartha is not responsible for advice shared beyond the platform.
All tools, resources, and content — including predictor tools, college data, and comparison tools — are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee specific outcomes.

Prices are listed on our website and subject to change without prior notice.
Payments
Full payment must be completed before accessing any paid features. Access is activated immediately upon successful payment.
Non-Refundable Products
eBooks, College Predictor, and Connector are non-refundable once purchased. Subscription refunds only under specific conditions — refer to our Refund Policy.
User Conduct
You agree not to engage in the following:
Misuse or exploit our platform or services
Share harmful, offensive, or illegal content
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise our systems
Create multiple accounts to abuse free or trial features
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violations of these terms.
Intellectual Property & Data Ownership
All content, data, tools, designs and materials on sartha.in — including college cutoffs, seat matrices, fee structures, counseling guides, predictor algorithms, eBooks, blog articles, logos, brand identity and platform features — are the exclusive intellectual property of Sartha Education. All rights reserved under the Copyright Act, 1957 and Information Technology Act, 2000.
Protected Assets Include:
Prohibited Use of Sartha's Data & Content
The following are strictly prohibited. Any individual, counselor, coaching institute, educational platform or third-party found in violation will face immediate legal action:
Data Scraping & Automated Extraction
Using bots, crawlers, scripts or any automated tools to extract, copy or collect data from sartha.in
Republishing & Redistribution
Copying, republishing or redistributing Sartha's cutoffs, college data, articles or guides on any platform — digital or physical — without written permission
Commercial Use by Counselors & Individuals
Individual counselors, coaching centers or consultancies using Sartha's data, content or tools to offer their own paid counseling services or products
White-labeling & Impersonation
Rebranding, white-labeling or presenting Sartha's tools, UI or content as your own product or service
Building Competing Platforms
Using Sartha's data to build, train or populate a competing counseling platform, app or database
Resale of eBooks & Digital Material
Sharing, reselling or distributing purchased eBooks, counseling guides or any digital product obtained from Sartha
⚖️ Legal Consequences
Violations will result in immediate account termination and civil/criminal action under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Copyright Act, 1957. Sartha reserves the right to claim damages, injunctions and full legal costs.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
All data is provided for guidance purposes only. Sartha does not guarantee seat allotment. Cutoff predictions are based on historical data and may vary from actual results. Always verify from official portals like mcc.nic.in, aaccc.gov.in etc.
No Guarantees
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Decisions made using our platform are at your own risk.
Liability
Sartha is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or products.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
