Rajasthan NEET UG Counselling 2026 is a centralized admission process conducted for MBBS and BDS courses across government and private medical and dental colleges in the state. The counselling is conducted strictly on the basis of NEET UG rank and follows guidelines issued by the National Medical Commission (NMC), Dental Council of India (DCI), Government of India, and the Rajasthan State Government.

The counselling process is conducted entirely online, including registration, choice filling, seat allotment, and even stray vacancy rounds. Candidates are required to fill their preferences carefully, as seat allotment depends on NEET rank, choices filled, reservation policy, and seat availability.

Allotment of seats is done by a state-level admission board formed by the Government of Rajasthan, which includes representatives and principals from medical and dental colleges across the state. The board ensures transparency and merit-based allocation of seats.

Bond Conditions – Rajasthan NEET UG Counselling 2026

    1. Government & Govt. Society Colleges (MBBS)

    Seat Type Bond Amount Condition
Government Seats (State Quota) ₹10,00,000 Mandatory 2-year service to Rajasthan Government after MBBS completion
Management Seat (Govt. Society Colleges / RUHS CMS) No fixed bond amount If course is discontinued, full remaining course fees must be paid
NRI Seat No fixed bond amount If course is discontinued, full remaining course fees must be paid

Candidates taking admission through Government quota seats are required to sign a service bond of ₹10 lakh. This ensures that after completing MBBS, the candidate will serve under the Rajasthan State Government for a minimum period of 2 years. Failure to fulfill this obligation leads to bond penalty recovery.

For Management and NRI quota seats, there is no fixed service bond. However, candidates must commit financially that if they leave the course midway, they will have to pay the entire remaining tuition fees of the course.

    2. RUHS Dental College (BDS Bond)

Course Bond Amount Bank Guarantee Condition
BDS (RUHS Govt. Dental College) ₹4,00,000 ₹1,00,000 If student leaves course early, both bond & bank guarantee will be forfeited

Candidates admitted to RUHS College of Dental Sciences must submit both a financial bond and bank guarantee. This ensures commitment toward course completion and prevents mid-course dropouts.

    3. Private Medical & Dental Colleges

For private colleges, bond and bank guarantee conditions may vary from institute to institute. Candidates joining after Round 3 (including those upgraded from earlier rounds) may be required to submit:

    • 1. Institution-specific bond agreement
    • 2. Bank guarantee (if applicable)
    • 3. Undertaking for fee payment in case of discontinuation
