All admissions in Rajasthan are strictly centralized, meaning no college-level admissions are allowed at any stage. Every seat, including management and NRI quota seats, is filled only through the official counselling process conducted by the state admission board.

The counselling process is conducted entirely online, including registration, choice filling, seat allotment, and even stray vacancy rounds. Step 3: Fresh Choice Filling in Each Round

Even if a candidate has already joined a college, they must fill fresh choices in the next round to be eligible for upgradation.

Step 4: Virtual Vacancies

During Round 2 and Round 3, some seats may become available due to upgradation of previously admitted candidates. These are called virtual vacancies.

Application Fee & Security Money – Rajasthan NEET UG Counselling 2026

1. Application Fee

The application fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable under any circumstances. Candidates must ensure eligibility before applying, as no refund requests will be entertained.

Also, if a candidate completes registration but does not fill choices within the given timeline, they will not be considered for that round of allotment.

2. Security Money (Refundable Deposit)

Before choice filling, candidates must deposit a refundable security amount depending on the type of seat they wish to apply for.

Candidates who deposit higher security amounts (₹2 lakh / ₹5 lakh) are automatically eligible for lower quota options as well.

Security money is adjusted in tuition fee if the candidate joins the allotted college.

Candidates taking admission through Government quota seats are required to sign a service bond of ₹10 lakh. This ensures that after completing MBBS, the candidate will serve under the Rajasthan State Government for a minimum period of 2 years. Failure to fulfill this obligation leads to bond penalty recovery.




For Management and NRI quota seats, there is no fixed service bond. However, candidates must commit financially that if they leave the course midway, they will have to pay the entire remaining tuition fees of the course.
