MCC AIQ NEET PG 2025 Round 3 Registration Process – Step-by-Step Details
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has started NEET PG 2025 Round 3 registration following the major reduction in qualifying percentile and availability of a large number of vacant MD/MS/DNB seats.
Round 3 allows fresh registration for newly eligible candidates, participation of already registered candidates, and NRI category conversions. All processes are conducted online through the official MCC portal mcc.nic.in.

Registered Candidate Login – NEET PG 2025 Round 3
Candidates who have already completed NEET PG 2025 counselling registration can access their dashboard through the Registered Candidates Sign-In section on the official MCC portal.
As shown above, applicants must select
“NEET PG Medical Counselling 2025”, then enter their
NEET PG Roll Number, Password, and the
Security PIN (case-sensitive) displayed on the screen.
After successful login, candidates can proceed with
choice filling, choice locking, seat allotment results, and other Round-3 counselling activities.

Visit the official MCC website and open the PG Medical Counselling section. Click on New Registration 2025. (Refer above image)

Enter your NEET PG 2025 details exactly as mentioned on the scorecard, including roll number, application number, candidate name, mother’s name, and date of birth. Any mismatch may lead to rejection. After verification, a registration number is generated.

Step 2: Password Creation (Very Important)
During registration or first login, candidates must create a password that strictly follows MCC security rules. Passwords not matching the criteria will be rejected.
- 1. 8 to 13 characters in length
- 2. At least one uppercase letter (A–Z)
- 3. At least one lowercase letter (a–z)
- 4. At least one number (0–9)
- 5. At least one special character (! @ # $ % ^ & *)
Do not share your password with anyone. MCC does not take responsibility for unauthorised access caused by password sharing.
Step 3: Qualification & Academic Details
Enter your final MBBS passing year (not internship completion year). The enrollment number should be filled as per marksheet. If your university has not issued an enrollment number, you may safely write NA. If your university is not listed, select Other University and type its name manually.

Step 4: Selection of Counselling Quota
Candidates can select one of the following options:
- 1. All India Quota (AIQ) + NBEMS (DNB)
- 2. AIQ + NBEMS + Deemed Universities
Selecting Deemed Universities automatically covers AIQ and DNB seats under the same security deposit, avoiding multiple payments.
Step 5: Address Details and Final Submission
Fill correspondence and permanent address carefully. Once the form is finally submitted, editing is usually not allowed. Always recheck details before final submission.
Step 6: Payment of Registration Fee and Security Deposit

Payment can be made using debit card, credit card, or net banking. UPI is allowed only for payments below ₹1 lakh.
Step 7: Choice Filling and Locking
After successful payment, candidates can fill unlimited choices based on the updated seat matrix. Choice locking before the deadline is mandatory. Unlocked choices may not be considered for seat allotment.
Candidates are advised to regularly check mcc.nic.in for updates, extensions, or official notices related to Round 3 counselling.
