MCC AIQ NEET PG 2025 Round 3 Schedule OUT (AIQ & Deemed Universities)

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the schedule for NEET PG 2025 Round 3 counselling for All India Quota (AIQ) and Deemed / Central Universities / AFMS. The important dates for registration, choice filling, allotment and reporting are given below.

NEET PG 2025 Round 3 State Quota Schedule

The NEET PG 2025 Round 3 State Quota counselling process will be conducted from 27 January to 07 February 2026 by the respective State DMEs. The sharing of joined candidates’ data by the State Counselling Authorities will be completed on 14 February 2026. The last date of joining for State Quota seats is 13 February 2026.

MCC AIQ NEET PG 2025 Round 3 Registration Started 

NEET PG 2025 Round 3 registration under All India Quota (AIQ) has started and will remain open till 26 January 2026 (12:00 Noon). Candidates who are already registered in earlier rounds do not need to register again and can directly sign in to proceed. Fresh candidates (both already eligible and newly eligible after percentile revision) must complete the new registration process. Participation consent for Round 3 is mandatory for all candidates.

MCC AIQ NEET PG 2025 Round 3 Choice Filling

Round 3 choice filling for NEET PG 2025 will be available from 16 January 2026 and will close on 26 January 2026 at 11:55 PM. All candidates—whether holding a seat or not—must give Round 3 consent to participate. Once consent is denied, it cannot be changed later, so candidates are advised to choose carefully before final submission.

MCC NEET PG AIQ Round 3 - Eligibility & Rules 

As per the MCC NEET PG 2025 counselling rules, candidates were allowed to resign seats in AIQ Round 1 and Round 2. However, in AIQ Round 3, seat resignation is not permitted under any circumstances.

Candidates who were allotted a seat in MCC AIQ Round 2 and wish to seek upgradation are eligible to participate in AIQ Round 3. However, such candidates cannot participate in State Round 3 counselling because their original documents remain submitted at the college allotted in Round 2.

Candidates who did not get any seat up to Round 2 are eligible to participate in both AIQ Round 3 and State Round 3, as their documents are still with them.

If a candidate is allotted a seat in MCC AIQ Round 3, the allotment is final and binding. The candidate must compulsorily join the allotted college, as there is no further upgradation or exit after Round 3.
