MCC Withdraws Provisional NEET PG 2025 Round 3 Result, Revised List Released
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has officially withdrawn the provisional result of NEET PG 2025 Round 3 that was published on 3 February 2026. This decision was taken after MCC received reports of technical errors and duplication of seats from certain participating medical colleges.

Why the Provisional Round 3 Result Was Withdrawn
As per the official notice issued by MCC on 5 February 2026, the provisional Round 3 result was withdrawn due to serious data-related issues.
Some institutes informed MCC about duplication of seats appearing in the allotment list, while technical problems were also reported in the allotment processing system.
To ensure fairness, transparency, and accuracy in the counselling process, MCC decided to withdraw the earlier result and reprocess the allotment data completely.
Revised Provisional Result Uploaded on MCC Website
MCC has now uploaded the Revised Provisional Result (I) for NEET PG 2025 Round 3 on its official website mcc.nic.in.
Candidates are advised to immediately check this revised result to know their updated allotment status. This revised list completely replaces the provisional result that was published earlier and later withdrawn.
Deadline to Report Discrepancies
MCC has provided a short window for candidates and institutes to report any discrepancies noticed in the revised provisional result.

06 February 2026 (up to 09:00 AM)

After 9:00 AM on 6 February 2026, the revised provisional result will be treated as final, and no further representations will be accepted.

MCC has clearly stated that the provisional result is only indicative and does not guarantee admission. Candidates must note that:
- 1. The provisional result is subject to verification and change.
- 2. No legal right can be claimed based on the provisional allotment.
- 3. The provisional result cannot be challenged in any court.
- 4. Candidates should not report to any college based on the provisional result.
- 5. Only the final result and official allotment letter are valid.

Candidates are advised to log in to the MCC website and carefully review the revised provisional result. In case of any discrepancy, they must email MCC before the deadline.
Until the final Round 3 result and allotment letters are released, candidates should avoid contacting or visiting any medical college.
It is also recommended to keep screenshots and copies of the revised result and registration details for future reference.
The notice has been issued by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, on 5 February 2026.
