AIIMS Bibinagar (also known as AIIMS Hyderabad or AIIMS Telangana) is a premier public medical institute and Institute of National Importance located in Rangapur and Kondamadugu villages, Bibinagar Mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, in the Hyderabad Metropolitan Region, Telangana, India, along the Hyderabad-Warangal National Highway (NH-163). Established under Phase-VII of the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSY), with operations starting in 2019 (first MBBS batch in August 2019), it is one of the newer AIIMS campuses, mentored initially by AIIMS Bhopal and now independent. The institute offers undergraduate programs including MBBS (100 seats) and B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing (around 30 seats), postgraduate courses (MD/MS in various specialties with phased rollout, including recent sessions), and focuses on high-quality medical education, research, and clinical training.

The AIIMS Bibinagar Hospital is a state-of-the-art tertiary care teaching facility integrated with the institute, providing advanced multispecialty and super-specialty healthcare while serving as a clinical training center. Sanctioned as a 750-bedded hospital (including emergency/trauma beds, AYUSH beds, private beds, ICU for specialty/super-specialty, and phased expansion), it has achieved significant progress (around 86% as of late 2025) and is on track for full completion by mid-2026, with current operations including around 160 IPD beds and high patient volumes (over 2.79 lakh OPD visits annually by end-2025).
