The Office of the Commissioner, Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh has released the official schedule for MP State NEET PG 2025 Second Round counselling for MD/MS courses. The Round-2 process includes fresh registration for new candidates, revised merit list, vacancy publication, choice filling, seat allotment and reporting as per the notified timeline.

MP NEET PG 2025 Round-2 Registration (Started)
The registration window for MP NEET PG 2025 Round-2 is from 15 December to 17 December 2025 due to an increase in PG seats in some private medical colleges. Only new eligible candidates can register during this period. Candidates who have already registered earlier are not allowed to register again but can use the edit facility within the specified dates.

The MP NEET PG 2025 Round-2 cutoff will be updated here after the official allotment data is released. Branch-wise and category-wise closing ranks will be added once verified by the counselling authority.
MP NEET PG 2025 Round-2 Result
The MP NEET PG 2025 Round-2 allotment result will be published by the Directorate of Medical Education, Madhya Pradesh on 24 December 2025. The result will display the allotted college, course and category based on the revised merit list, available seat matrix and choices filled by candidates during Round-2 counselling.
MP NEET PG 2025 Round 2 Seat Matrix Released
The MP NEET PG 2025 Round-2 seat matrix has been released on 20 December 2025. Out of 1,391 total seats, 276 seats were reported in Round 1, remaining 1,115 seats available for Round-2 counselling. The updated matrix also includes seats from four newly added private medical colleges.

MP NEET PG 2025 Round 2 Merit List Released
The MP NEET PG 2025 Round-2 merit list has been released on 20 December 2025. As per the official merit list, 3,000+ candidates are eligible to participate in the further counselling process.

Important for MP NEET PG 2025 Round-2
Candidates must ensure that edited choices are locked using OTP; otherwise, previously locked choices will be considered for allotment. It is also mandatory to exercise the upgradation option (YES/NO) at the time of admission. This option can be edited in candidate login till 29 December 2025 (12:00 Midnight).
