NEET 2025 Refund List Released: Check MCC AIQ 15% Refund Status, Amount & Payment Details
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released an important update regarding the NEET 2025 refund for AIQ 15% counselling. Candidates who were eligible for refund under the All India Quota (AIQ) counselling process can now check their refund status through the official PDF list.
This update is significant for students who participated in NEET UG 2025 counselling and were waiting for the return of their refundable security deposit or fees.
When Will NEET 2025 Refund Be Credited?
As per MCC guidelines, the refund process starts only after completion of all counselling rounds. Once MCC officially declares counselling completion on its portal, the Financial Custodian initiates refunds:
- Refund process starts within 15 days of notification
- Refund is completed within 30 days
- Amount is credited within 2–15 days after processing (depending on bank)

Important Refund Rules
- Refund will be credited to the same bank account or card used during payment
- No request for changing bank details will be accepted
- Keep your bank account/card active until refund is received
- Closed or inactive accounts can delay the refund process significantly
Common Issues & Clarifications
- No need to apply separately — MCC automatically processes eligible refunds
- Extra payment (if made) is refunded after deduction of minimal charges
- Do not initiate chargeback claims — it may delay your refund
- Refund queries should be directed to the Financial Custodian (HLL Lifecare Ltd)

The refund process is managed by HLL Lifecare Ltd, a Government of India undertaking under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. They handle fee collection and refund processing on behalf of MCC.
