The college is affiliated with Atal Medical and Research University in Mandi and is recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC). Currently, the campus is under construction along the Hamirpur-Nadaun Road, which will feature state-of-the-art facilities to support medical education and training. Dr. Radhakrishnan Government Medical College offers the MBBS degree with an annual intake of 120 undergraduate students, selected based on merit through the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG). Recently, the college has also introduced DNB postgraduate courses in key departments such as Anaesthesia, Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Pediatrics.
