Dhubri Medical College & Hospital, located on R.K. Mission Road in Jhagrarpar, Dhubri, Assam, is the ninth government medical college in the state. Established under the Centrally Sponsored Scheme "Establishment of new Medical Colleges attached with existing district referral Hospital," it was designed to expand healthcare and medical education in the region. The college sits on approximately 108 Bighas of land, with the foundation stone laid on February 17, 2017, in a ceremony attended by prominent officials, including former Union Health Minister J.P. Nadda, former Chief Minister of Assam Sarbananda Sonowal, and former Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. As part of its mission, the college offers 100 undergraduate seats and is affiliated with Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences, Assam.
